Welcome to Patroller. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our platform and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these terms.
Patroller provides a multi-tenant platform for incident reporting, compliance management, and safety oversight. Our Service is designed for onsite safety and rescue teams such as ski patrols, lifeguards, park services, schools, Industrials, and other teams responsible for public safety.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
Authorized by your organization or enterprise to use the platform.
You agree not to misuse the platform or engage in any unlawful activities.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our services at any time.
2. User Accounts
Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
Access Rights: Your access level (Responder, Organization Admin, Enterprise Admin, etc.) is determined by your organization.
Responsibility: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Shared Devices: If your organization uses shared logins, you are responsible for following organizational policies.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or data
Interfere with the operation of the Service (e.g., hacking, denial of service)
Upload or submit content that is abusive, defamatory, or violates others’ rights
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
4. Content & Data
Your Content: You retain ownership of the reports, records, and information you submit.
Our Role: We process and store content on behalf of your organization. Your organization controls how reports are managed and shared internally.
No Cross-Tenant Sharing: Data is strictly isolated between organizations and enterprises.
5. Availability & Updates
We strive to keep Patroller available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may update, improve, or modify the Service at any time.
Some updates may require downtime, and we will provide notice where reasonable.
6. Payment and Subscriptions
Use of Patroller may require a paid subscription.
Pricing, billing frequency, and renewal terms are provided at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise agreed, fees are non-refundable.
Organizations are responsible for payment of all applicable fees and taxes.
7. Security & Privacy
We take strong measures to protect your data, including encryption and role-based access.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information. By using Patroller, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Patroller is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or meet every requirement. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Patroller is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using Patroller at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
Upon termination, your organization remains responsible for any outstanding fees.
11. Governing Law
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we will notify you through the platform or by email before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
