  • Enterprise Admins: Access all data across their enterprise.

  • Organization Admins: Access data within their organization.

  • Platform Admins: Limited to enterprises they are assigned to.

  • No Cross-Tenant Sharing: Data is never shared across enterprises.

5. Third-Party Services

  • Loveable:

    • Purpose: AI-powered development assistance and code generation

    • Usage: We utilize Loveable's AI capabilities during our development process to enhance code quality, improve development efficiency, and maintain best practices

    • Data Handling: Development-related code suggestions and improvements are processed through Loveable's AI systems during the development phase

    • Privacy: Loveable processes anonymized development data to provide coding assistance. No production user data is shared with development toolsWe may share your information with trusted third parties, such as payment processors or analytics providers, to enhance our services. These third parties are required to keep your data confidential.

6. Data Retention Periods

  • Account Info: Account duration + 3 years after being disabled

  • Authentication Logs: 90 days

  • Report Data: Typically 7 years, subject to organizational policy

  • Usage Analytics: 2 years

  • Support Communications: 3 years post-resolution

  • Legal Hold: Extended retention if required

  • Tenant isolation with Supabase RLS

  • Encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256)

  • Role-based access control
